Lenzy AI operates on a monthly subscription basis. We want you to be satisfied with our service, and we offer the following refund policy:
- First month: If you are not satisfied within the first 30 days of your initial subscription, you may request a full refund.
- Subsequent months: Refunds for subsequent billing periods will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis, particularly in cases of service outages or technical issues on our end.
2. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Here's how cancellation works:
- Cancellation can be done through your account settings or by contacting support
- Your cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
- You will continue to have access to the service until the end of the paid period
- No partial refunds are provided for unused time within a billing period (unless covered by section 1)

5. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:
- Violation of our Terms of Service
- Account suspension or termination due to misuse
- After the initial 30-day period, except in cases of service failures on our end
6. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Changes will be communicated to active subscribers via email at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
